The purpose of this RFI is to receive information about Robotics Process Automation (RPA) capabilities in the market that supports an enterprise practice. The RPA practice has been running in ICBC since 2017. The RFI will provide insights into the evolution of the RPA technologies in ICBC in alignment with the current state of the industry.
