• This Request for Information (“RFI”), is issued by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Tourism Culture and Sport “the Ministry”, for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Suppliers are asked to respond to the Ministry and provide the information requested below.
• Scope of Work
  The Ministry is seeking information on dispute resolution service providers with expertise in the reporting, investigation and resolution of complaints. The Ministry is gathering this information in order to better understand the marketplace to assist in the determination of future purchasing options for dispute resolution services related to maltreatment and/or abuse allegations by participants of sport organizations in Ontario (e.g., athletes, coaches, officials, sport administrators).
