Description
City of Trail (CITY) is seeking to purchase hardware and implementation services from qualified vendors experienced in provisioning, configuring and supporting municipal server and storage
systems. This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides the requirements and selection criteria for prospective vendors, including pricing and service descriptions, in a specified format. CITY will
conduct a review of the responses received from this RFP. Preference will be given to vendors who have demonstrated a clear understanding of the solution requirements and have a proven track
record in planning, executing and delivering proposed solutions.
Online meeting will be held 10:00:00 hours Pacific Time; 1/24/2024 to provide the opportunity for an open discussion of requirements. This is not mandatory and invite will be based on receipt
of intent form “Appendix D”
