Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on February 26, 2024 by 2PM EST. All bids submitted after 2PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

Requirement Description: This is an ongoing opportunity to qualify suppliers. All interested suppliers may submit an arrangement at any time. Real Estate Services (RES), on behalf of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is currently putting in place a new tool to be used by its regions to hire real estate agents in a way that both facilitates the process and respects policy requirements. It should also allow the hiring of marketing companies that are not real estate brokers for additional marketing services (radio, television, newspapers, online, etc.).

Expected SA Period: The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from: date of issuance to three (3) years later. The period for awarding contracts under the SA begins on the start date of the SA. The SA Holder grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the SA by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
