Work under this Contract covers replacing twenty one (21) windows on the fourth (4th) floor of the NS Art Gallery as per contract drawings. Existing windows to be replaced with new high performing thermal windows with all associated flashing and tie ins. Minor interior work is required to fix drywall and sills as well as the installation of roller shades and UV screens applied to each window.

A non-mandatory Bidder’s Briefing and Site Examination will be provided to prospective bidders to ensure all parties are aware of the details and services expected of them.
