Description

As part of BCI"s commitment to enhancing employee experience and internal communication, we are seeking proposals for the development of a modern intranet solution and an integrated digital employee experience platform (EXP). Over the past seven years, BCI has experienced significant growth in employee base, global presence with four offices in different cities, and the complexity of our operations and investment strategies. The Digital Employee Experience Project (DEEP) aims to launch an innovative intranet platform that is accessible in Microsoft Teams, and we are seeking a communications product that integrates with our enterprise systems to help shape the structure, development, and maintenance of the digital solution.
