Project Description: This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the CHC Surgical Renovation at the Cumberland Health Centre at 2696 Windermere Avenue in Cumberland. The Project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of walls, washrooms, HVAC, plumbing & electrical work. Constructing a new storage space, staff break area and conference room is included in the scope of work.
