The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from Bidders for the performance of a wood tie inspection across entire 370 miles of heavy rail network using machine vision technology.
Provide surface profile data to provide a comprehensive tie grade and pinpoint potential problems while marking exact locations and produce a final detailed report on findings and recommendations.
The requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of this Proposal Document.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on February 14, 2024.
