Description

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is seeking proposals from qualified persons and/or firms to provide a cloud-based electronic meeting management software system (the System) for the CBRM. To streamline meeting preparation and post-meeting activities, the system will automate building agendas and composing minutes for Council and Committee meetings. The integrated meeting management software should consider broadcast/webcast functionality either in one effective system, as well as through integration with existing programs and systems.
