Description

Notice of Intent to Award an Agreement

Notice is hereby given that the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Jacks Towing (2010) Ltd. for the following:

To provide the City provide Towing and Storage Services on an as, if, and when required basis and be available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days/year. Towing lot must accommodate a covered and weather protected area for up to a minimal of 6 vehicles. City of Abbotsford fleet vehicles, including fire and emergency vehicles, will be towed on as if and when required basis outside of this agreement.

The contract will be for up to 7 months on a month to month basis while the City prepares solicitation documents to issue to the market in early 2024.
