Description

Langara College, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), is seeking to identify and select a qualified vendor(s) to configure, set-up and assist Langara College in implementing a hybrid workspace booking solution. The Facilities and Finance team assisted by IT are planning to implement a pilot based on the College’s new hybrid work program. The purpose of this initiative is to optimize the allocation and utilization of the available space on campus by creating a sharing model for desks/offices across the campus. The successful Proponent of this process will be contracted to supply, configure, and deliver on a hybrid workspace booking solution for the above teams. This “pilot” will enable Langara College to introduce an operational change through an observable and controlled setting. It will also allow the College to understand how this change is being absorbed by the user group and obtain feedback on their experience. In time, this program will be rolled out to the rest of the College.
