Description

PSD is requesting experienced and qualified Bidders to submit Proposals that will satisfactorily meet PSD"s requirements, which include at the best possible overall value, efficiency and services which meet the needs of PSD, as determined by PSD in its sole discretion. It is the intent of this RFP that legally binding obligations to perform an agreement for the services referred to in the Scope of Services will commence only upon full execution of an “Agreement” between PSD and the Bidder(s) selected by PSD to enter into such Agreement with PSD.
