The following are key objectives that MacEwan University is seeking to achieve through any Agreement that may result from this RFQ:

Meet MacEwan University delivery timelines.

MacEwan University reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend the Closing Date, Closing Time and the acceptance period for any reasonable length of time. Notwithstanding this right and any timelines as may be identified herein, all Quotes shall be open for acceptance by MacEwan University for a period of not less than 90 days after the Closing Date and Closing Time.
This RFQ is a request for quote only and is not an offer to buy or lease any equipment, property, or services. Neither the provision of this RFQ to a Proponent nor acceptance or receipt of a Quote will imply any obligation or commitment on the part of MacEwan University to enter into an agreement or contract of any kind in respect of any or all contents of this RFQ. MacEwan University may cancel this invitation at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever and without incurring any liability to anyone who has submitted a Quote or intends to submit a Quote.
