The City of Fredericton is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant(s) to assist in the development of a Secondary Municipal Plan (the Plan) for the South Core area. The Plan is intended to provide the community with a vision, a set of policy objectives and a public realm and built form framework that will guide infill development for the next 20 to 25 years. This process will be collaborative in nature, with duties shared between the consultant(s) and the City of Fredericton Planning and
Development Department
