Surrey Schools is seeking to identify consultants with proven skills, knowledge, experience, and capacity to support district preparations for a competitive bidding process for a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system. Project requirements include, but are not limited to, a needs assessment, development of Request for Proposals (RFP) documentation, assisting in bid evaluation/vendor selection, contract negotiation, and providing implementation project management and change leadership services.
