• PHO is seeking an integrator to implement a PHO owned and managed M365 solution, migrating PHO staff from the existing Ontario Public Services (OPS) / Infrastructure Technology Services (ITS) managed Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, Active Directory environments. This procurement is solely focused on the migration of services and excludes the provision of M365 or other software licenses. PHO will purchase any required license from PHO’s approved suppliers.
  
  The migration services shall include providing guidance on strategy and solution design, as well as configuration, implementation and migration services. The migration of services will be from an ITS managed Exchange/Skype environment to a PHO owned and managed M365 environment. PHO has an existing M365 tenant which may be leveraged or reconfigured to support the migration. Post migration, ITS will continue to host other PHO applications and servers supporting PHO’s business operations, integration/federation with ITS will be required to successfully complete the migration.
  
  This encompasses the following:
  - Tenant setup and configuration
  - Implementation of Office M365 application suite
  - Implementation of Exchange Online
  - Implementation of OneDrive for Business
  - Implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
  - Implementation of Enterprise Mobility + Security
  - Implementation of Enterprise Voice for Teams
  - Implementation of a voice mail solution
  - Implementation of an Auto Attendant replacement solution
  - Security and Governance Best Practices
  - Integration of trusted federations with legacy hosting providers (ITS)
  - Single Sign On (SSO) enablement with 3rd party applications (such as Workday)
