• Reference number PW-$$LP-015-80418 Solicitation number W0138-22TS01/A Description Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA / FTA with UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: DND Accommodation Services- AZ-USA W0138-22TS01/A Hotel Accommodation Services in Phoenix, The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of accommodation services and hotel amenities in the Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona, USA. These services are required when the CAF deploys to Luke Air Force Base (AFB), AZ, USA, for the period from 25 October to 20 November 2021, to participate in the TIPIC SAUVAGE Exercise. A total of 20 guest rooms will be required from 25 October to 28 October 2021 and 103 guest rooms from 28 October 2021 to 20 November 2021. The total Estimated room nights is 2,429 The hotel must provide up to 47 parking spots. The hotel must be located no farther than thirteen (13) miles driving distance (as indicated in Annex F of the RFP) of Luke Air Force Base, Phoenix Arizona and be within walking distance (1 mile) to, at least, 3 restaurants. The following Trade Agreements apply to this requirement: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canadian Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada Kora Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA) and Canada United Kingdom Free Trade Agreement (CAN-UK). There is no security requirement associated with this requirement. Bid must be submitted, by email, directly to the Contracting Authority, to the email address indicated in the bid solicitation, on closing date (indicated on RFP page 1),at the latest. -Bid submission by fax is not acceptable; -it is preferable that the rooms are block booked by floor, rather than being spread throughout the hotel. -Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with all mandatory technical and financial evaluation criteria of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price (in Annex B, Basis of Payment) will be recommended for award of a Contract. Priority for contract award will be given to full bids (providing all accommodations under one (1) establishment). Among the mandatory requirements, the establishment must meet the following minimum requirements: -Be located within maximum thirteen (13) miles driving distance (as per indicated area in Annex F of the RFP) of Luke Air Force Base, 14185 Falcon St, Luke AFB, AZ 85309, USA; -Hotel must have at least a 3-star rating classification as recognized in the United-States; -Up to 47 parking spaces within five (5) minute walking distance of the front entrance of the hotel; -The Contractor will be given forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of when services requested may need to be cancelled, with no penalty. For less than forty eight hours’ notice, CAF will pay a penalty of one night per cancelled room; -Accommodations equipped with Wi-Fi; -The hotel must provide access to a self-serve laundry facility and Fitness center on-site.
