The Kingdom of Cambodia has received Grant for US$20 million equivalent for the Cambodia Inclusive Livestock Value Chains Project (CILVCP) from the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP Grant No.TF0C7108), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for Goods, Works, Consulting Services, and Non-Consulting Services and to be procured under this project.

The objective of the project is to sustainably improve livestock-based livelihoods and strengthen animal health services in target project locations. The project will include the following components:

Component 1: Promote inclusive livestock value chains:

• Sub-component 1.1. Enhancement of livestock productivity
• Sub-component 1.2. Promoting smallholder market access

Component 2: Strengthen animal production and health services:

• Sub-component 2.1: Strengthening animal production service delivery capacity
• Sub-component 2.2: Strengthening animal health service delivery capacity

Component 3: Project management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning

Below is the summary description of the consulting services to be procured through open international competitive procurement:

Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Fifth Edition (updated in September 2023) (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The World Bank shall arrange for the publication on its external website of the agreed-upon initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided its no-objection.

Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to open international competitive procurement will be announced, as they become available on the World Bank’s external website and the local newspapers.
