• The Borrower is Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska, through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower, has received financing in the amount of US$31.34 million from the World Bank and grant in the amount of US$ 3.5 million from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation Services Modernization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction and reconstruction of the sewage collectors in Trn.
• The Agriculture Projects Coordination Unit (APCU), established within the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for preparatory works, geometric marking of the street, fecal and rain sewerage, mechanical scriping of the asphalt layer, mechanical excavation of the soil, removal of materials to the landfill, installation of asphalt layers, construction of sewerage, construction and installation of manholes, final works, etc. performed in Laktaši.
• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services, July 2016 (revised November 2017 and August 2018) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Agriculture Projects Coordination Unit (APCU), Ms. Darija Kozar, email address: d.kozar@mps.vladars.rs and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 10.00 to 14.00 hours at the address given below.
• The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of BAM 100,00 or equivalent in freely convertible currency.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 27, 2026 at 14.00hrs. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Employer until the second public Bid opening.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.

8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
