• The Borrower, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower, has received financing in the amount of USD 21,500,000.00 from the World Bank, toward the cost of the Health Systems Improvement Project (HSIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of a Home Care Nurse Bag (“Patronažna torba”).

2. The Project Implementation Team (PIT) established within the Federal Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to supply Home Care Nurse Bag (“Patronažna torba”) in multiple locations within the Federation of BiH.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RfQ) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018, and November 2020) (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested and eligible Bidders may obtain additional information from the address provided below and may inspect the Bidding Documents during office hours, between 10:00 and 14:00, at the same address.

5. The bidding document in the English language may be collected by interested eligible Bidders upon submitting a written application to the address below. A complete set of RfQ documents will be sent by email, free of charge, after the request is submitted to the PIT at the email addresses below.

6. Quotations must be delivered as a scanned document electronically to the email address Nedim.Dzafo@fmz.gov.ba and cc HSIP@fmz.gov.ba at or before 13:00 hours, local time, on December 12, 2025. Late Quotations will be rejected. There will be no public opening of Quotations.
