Deadline for Submission of Bids: 2:00 PM on 03/11/2023

1. The Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health System Preparedness Project (CERPHSPP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above.

2. The Implementing Agency (IA) Quantification and Procurement Division, Department of Medical Products, National Medical Services (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply and Installation of Medical Equipment ( 10 packages) as per delivery schedule. For further details please check the Ministry of Health’s website.

3. Open competitive bidding- National Advertising (OCB) will be conducted in accordance with World Bank’s One Envelope- Single stage bidding procedure and is open to all Medical suppliers Listed with the department.

4. Qualification requirements include:

Financial Capability ( ITB 10.1 )

Technical Ability (ITB: 11.1 (a) )

Specific Experience ( ITB 11.1 (b)
