Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. Updated Trade License

2. TIN with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.

3. VAT Registration Certificate (BIN)

4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

5. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in building construction works shall be at least 2 (Two) contracts of similar nature, complexity, and methods/construction technology, successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, contracts of aggregated value of at least Tk 115 (One Hundred Fifteen) crore, involving a minimum 10 (Ten) storied RCC building with lift installation in any government agency, autonomous, International NGO agencies; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

6. The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk 90 (Ninety) crore over the best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

7. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20 (Twenty) crore.

8. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 90 (Ninety) Crore

Construction of Residential Buildings of Customs House, Chattogram including General & Site Facilities, Site Clearing, Earthworks, piling works, RCC Structural works, Plumbing, Sanitary, Electro mechanical works, building finishing works, Pavement & Surfacing Works for internal road, Environmental Mitigation and Occupational Health & Safety works as per Specification, BOQ and Drawings: General Layout, Dormitory: G+8, Quarter Type A: G+11, Quarter Type C: G+11, Quarter Type D: G+9.
