INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

a) The Tenderer/Supplier shall have General experience in the supply of goods and related services for at least 03 (Three) years. b) The Tenderer/Supplier shall have Specific experience in the supply of similar Goods (Chemicals), with at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last three (03) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1,50,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Fifty Lac only) c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk 1,50,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Fifty Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. d) The Tenderer shall have valid updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, shall be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter, shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and Public Procurement Rules 2025. N.B. (1) Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. (2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of one (01) year from the Date of "Contract Signing"
