| Eligibility of Tenderer : | : | Manufacturer: 1. Manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certificate for Design, Manufacturing. Supply and Service of Batch Mixer. Manufacturer must provide valid Registration certificate/License of the firm. 2. Manufacturer must have minimum 07 (Seven) years" experience of manufacturing of Batch Mixer for oil and gas industries. 3. Manufacturer must have minimum 04 (Four) years proven sales record to IOC company"s other companies than the manufacturing country of origin and must be submitted minimum 03 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as a proof. BSupplier: 1. Supplier must have valid Registration certificate of the firm and must be submitted manufacturer authorization letter from Manufacturer. Manufacturer must be complying with Option-A: Manufacturer. 2. Supplier must have minimum 03 (Three) years" experience of suppling of those equipment /machinery which are used in oil and exploration sector with spare parts & accessories. 3. Supplier must have minimum 02 (Two) years" proven sales record to Internationally Reputed Companies other than the supplier"s country of origin and must be submitted minimum 02 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as a proof. | ||||||||||
