INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : ? The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public or private sector as prime contractor/sub contractor/management contractor shall be 03 (three), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. ? The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing non-intellectual service of at least One Contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of three (03) years each with a value of at least TK 90 lac shall be required, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Only supplying manpower of supporting staffs will be treated as similar nature contract. ? The licenses issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments must be Submitted. ? Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the Applicable Law. ? Manpower should be supplied by the firm outside Dhaka under the decision of DNCRP authority. ? The tenderer shall submit the required documents as mentioned in TDS.
