| Eligibility of Tenderer : | : | (a) Valid trade license. (b) Income tax return certificate for the latest assessment year including TIN. (c) VAT registration certificate (d) Export/Import registration certificate (e) Certificate of product"s origin, Product"s Genuinity Certificate and Warranty/Guarantee Certificate in original, directly issued by the manufacturer in favour of the tenderer. (f) Manufacturer"s Original product catalogue, describing the technical specification and production drawings of the offered goods. (g) Performance/Completion Certificate with documentary evidence from organizations in Bangladesh, having records of supplying similar goods. (h) The offered navigation equipment and buoy manufacturer must be the member of IALA and ISO Certified company and updated copy of the certificate must be submitted with the tender. Tenderer must submit the copy of the respective certificates along with the tender. (i) The offered goods and material manufacturer must submit their customer reference list with full address, telephone, fax number, email address of the customer. Performance report from the Overseas customer shall be submitted along with the offer. (j) Bank solvency certificate/Liquied asset/Credit Line facilies of minimum BDT-6,50,00,000.00 (Taka-Six Crore Fifty Lakh) | ||||||||||
