• The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of ISO for HCDLP to be implemented by Ministry of Women and Children Affairs and it intends to apply a part of the proceeds towards payments for Vehicle Hire (2 nos Microbus) for ISO for HCDLP.
• The ISO for HCDLP, now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Vehicle Hire (2 nos Microbus) for ISO for HCDLP upto project tenure i.e 30 June 2028.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, February 2025 updated and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and inspect the bidding document during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1630 hours BST up to September 14, 2025.

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of BDT 4000.00, shall be deposited directly to A/C 0200023321776, "ISO for HCDLP (IDA Credit no. 7546-BD)" Agrani Bank PLC, Jatiya Press Club Corp. Branch, Dhaka and as a proof, the original challan shall be submitted with the tender and document collect from the under signed office during office hours showing proof copy of deposited money submitted in the said account.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 15, 2025 up to 1500hrs BST. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on September 15, 2025 up to 1600hrs BST.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of BDT 3,00,000.00 (Taka three lac) in the form of Pay order/ Bank draft from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
