(b) Applicants who have bad performance in supply of Urea Fertilizer in BCIC in the past or any suits being lodged by BCIC for their unethical/fraudulent practice shall not be eligible for this enlistment. (c) Any company which is debarred by BCIC or any other Govt. organization shall be disqualified for enlistment. | ||||||||||
