The Project Director, CCU of ISO & HELP Project, ERD is inviting all Bangladeshi outsourcing service providers to attend the National Open Tender (refenrence no. 09.00.0000.000.060.99.001.25.198) for delivering 04 laptops, 04 desktops, 02 color printers, 06 laser printers, and 02 photocopiers within the 10 days of the date of contract signing. The last date of schedule purchasing is on 14 September 2025 (04:00 pm) and submission date and time is: 15 September 2025 (12:00pm). The submitted tenders will be opened on 15 September 2025 at 12:15pm. The address for tender purchanse, submission and opeining is: Room # 20, Block # 16, Economic Relations Division, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207.

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

• Experience certificates, not workorders, of previous 3 years.
• Updated (upto 2024) trade license.
• Updated (FY 2023-2024) IT Return Certificate.
• Updated (upto 2024) VAT Registration Certificate.

The concerned sections and rules of the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2008 will be applicable in this procurement process.

Advertisments will be published on 26 August 2025 in the national dailies - (a) Dainik Naya Diganta, and (b) Daily New Age.
