Brief Description of Related Services : : a) The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. b) If there is Govt. holiday or unavoidable situation arises on the date fixed for tender submission and opening, in those cases, the next normal working day will be considered valid date for tender submission and opening at the same time. c) All other terms and conditions will be applicable as per tender document and Public Procurement Rules 2008. d) Tender(s) may be hand delivered, posted by registered mail or sent by courier and ensure receive the tender by the officials mentioned at SL.No 8 above on or before the closing time for submission.
