INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderer’s who satisfy the following: (a) Mechanical Ventilation manufacturing and/or installing in the supply of Similar equipment & Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [10] years. (b) The tenderer should have an experience in delivery and installation of Mechanical Ventilation/Similar equipment. Work order/ contract agreement/ completion certificate must be submitted. (c) The tenderer must have experience for successful supply and installation of Mechanical Ventilations valuing at least Tk. 2700 (Two Thousand Seven Hundred) Lac each for minimum two (2) contracts within last five years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of opening tender. (d) The tenderer should have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Taka 3100 (Three Thousand One Hundred) Lac. (e) Debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligibility for participation in tender. (f) Other qualifications of the tenderer are as stated in the tender document. -------------------------------------- Special Instruction -------------------------------------- (a) All submittals must be signed by the Tenderer, if not the Tender will be treated as non-responsive (b) in case of submitting Tender Documents by secured post service must be addressed to Project Director, Construction of New Food Godowns with ancillary facilities in different strategic locations across the country, 16, Abdul Gani Road, Dhaka-1000 and it must be reached within the time mentioned in Sl.No. 17 of IFT. (c) Tender Submission Letter (Form PG3-1) should be filled in and signed as per form attached with the Tender Document, if not Tender shall not be accepted. (d) Any less or discount /above on total quoted amount in the abstract of BOQ of Tender Document will not be accepted but modification as per ITT Clause 40.1 will be accepted. (e) Notification of award (NOA) will be issued to the successful Tenderer after getting approval from the competent authority. (f) Any false, forged and misleading documents furnished by Tenderers shall result in rejection of the tender. (g) In the event of unavoidable circumstances, if the selling, receiving & opening of the tender cannot be done on the above mentioned dates, the next normal working day will be treated as the valid date of selling, receiving & opening of the tender respectively. Time and place shall remain unchanged.
