INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : "(a) Tenderer shall have at least 10(Ten) years of overall business experience in the supply and installation of mechanical machineries. (b) Tenderer shall have a sole agency/distributorship/authorization of the proposed brand Luggage Scanning and Archway Metal Detector machine. (c) Tenderer shall have NOC/Valid import license from the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (BAERA) to import X-Ray Scanner Machine. (d) Tenderer shall have specific experience for supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the X-ray Baggage/Luggage Scanning Machine and archway metal detector machine installed in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization/KPI establishments worth not less than Tk. 1.40 crore only in a single contract in the last 05(five) years. (e) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.40 crore. In case of credit facilities, Bank shall ensure that the above mentioned credit limit will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor. (f) The Tenderer shall have to furnish the certificate in this respect from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and shall meet all other criteria, terms & conditions as specified in the tender documents without which the tender will not be considered. "
