Resilience, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Improvement Project (Бангладеш - Тендер #65840412)

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) Copy of National Identification card of authorized signatory;
b) Written confirmation of authority to signatory;
c) Manufacturer’s authorization letter must be submitted along with the tender, in case of the tenderer not manufacturing the Goods;
d) The Authorization Dealer/Assembling Organization/Supplier agent must be in the business of similar Goods at least five (05) years from the date of Bid opening;
e) The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate(s) of institutional and retail supplies with quantity, price and name of purchasers of similar goods within last 5 (five) years;

f) Submition of Brochure/Catalogue.
g) Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of association/Valid Trade Licence/Manufacturing License;
h) Valid VAT Registration Certificate;
i) Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN/BIN Number;
j) Written confirmation regarding availability of the quoted Goods;
k) An affidavit confirming the legal capacity stating that there are no existing orders of any judicial court;
l) An affidavit confirming that the tenderer is not insolvent, in receivership or not bankrupt or not in the process of bankruptcy, not temporarily barred from undertaking their business for financial reasons (Notarized);
m) An affidavit for anticorruption confirming that the tenderer is not involved in any sort of corruption, fraudulent, collusive, coercive and obstructive practices by any means as set out and defined in the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines;
n) BSTI Certificate/Test report/Analytical report (For hand wash/toilet soap total fatty matter minimum 70% by mass as Grade 2);
o) Technical Specification in own letter head pad of tenderer;

p) Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment Performance Declaration&

Procurement and supply of soap for Health & Nutrition of beneficiary of RELI Project of SDF.
