Subject: Letter of Acceptance

This is to notify you that your Bid dated 20 December 2023 for execution of the Saidabad Water Treatment Plant Phase III Project – Component 3.2 – Treated Water Secondary Distribution Pipelines (reference: 46.113.620.00.00.099-2018/C-3.2/35) for the Accepted Contract Amount of:
- EUR 6,790,717.25 (in words EUR Six million, seven hundred ninety thousand, seven hundred seventeen euros and twenty-five cents) and BDT 2,165,287,761.34 (in words BDT Two Hundred sixteen crores, fifty-two lakhs, eighty-seven thousand seven hundred sixty-one taka and thirty-four paisa)
which includes:
- Provisional Sum for an amount of EUR 153,673.20 and BDT 1,550,060,544.00 and
- Contingencies for an amount of EUR 617,337.93 and BDT 196,844,341.94,
as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted by our institution.

The corresponding Contract Price is:
- EUR 7,716,724.15 (in words EUR Seven million, seven hundred sixteen thousand, seven hundred twenty-four and fifteen cents) and BDT 2,380,454,274.25 (in words BDT Two Hundred thirty-eight crores, four lakhs, fifty-four thousand two hundred seventy-four taka and twenty-five paisa),
which includes:
- Provisional Sums of EUR 153,673.20 and BDT 1,550,060,544.00,
- Contingencies for an amount of EUR 617,337.93 and BDT 196,844,341.94,
- VAT of BDT 164,854,560.68 and
- AIT of BDT 164,854,560.68.

You are requested to furnish the Performance Security within 28 days in accordance with ITB 42, using for that purpose the Performance Security Form included in Section X, Contract Forms, of the Bidding Documents.

The Contract agreement will follow soon.
