| INFORMATION FOR TENDERER | ||||||||||||
| Eligibility of Tenderer : | : | (a) Tenderers having five (5) years overall business experience and minimum specific experience as supplier as prime contractor in supply of backbone connectivity of 10 Gbps bandwidth from NTTN operator as a secondary link of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of five (5) years. Evidence of Work Order, Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount, item list, date etc. are required. (b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of backbone connectivity of 10 Gbps bandwidth from NTTN operator as a secondary link of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature completed over a period of Five (5) years with a value of at least of BDT 1,60,00,000.00 or equivalent USD at Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations in Bangladesh i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Evidence of Work Order Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount, date etc. are required. (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 1,60,00,000.00 or equivalent USD. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (d) Quoted price shall include all expenses such as installation charge, monthly recurring charge, necessary equipment and other related expenses to deliver and install backbone connectivity of 10 Gbps bandwidth from NTTN operator as a secondary link from Bangladesh Bank DC (Motijheel, Dhaka), NDC (Mirpur, Dhaka) to DRS (Rajshahi) at sites as stated in TDS and PCC. (e) Bidder/Tenderer are requested to quote price for five years including applicable VAT and AIT (VAT, AIT calculation and Payment Terms is attached in drawings section for information). (f) Bidder/Tenderer must response on technical specification as attached in drawings section. | ||||||||||
