Eligibility of Tenderer :

(1) Staff Bus Model of at least 2014 or latest and must have updated Route permit, Tax Token, Fitness Certificate, TIN Certificate, VIN, and Others. (2) Tenderers will have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. (3) Tenderers will be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh. (4) Tenderers shall have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of law and regulations of Bangladesh. (5) The Tenderer/Bidder is blacklisted/debarred by any agency will be treated as disqualified. (6) The Minimum general experience for supply of Staff Bus is 3 Years.
