INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : Along with other terms specified in the schedule, the tenderers shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for the performance of the Service under the Contract: 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Cisco core switching system, firewall, router, Security Subscriptions for Firewall and ISE, ManageEngine(NMS), DNA Switches and Access Points and implementation and support service and related services as Supplier shall be 05(five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Cisco core switching system, firewall, router, Security Subscriptions for Firewall and ISE, ManageEngine(NMS), DNA Switches and Access Points and implementation and support service delivery to government/semi government/large corporate entity of one or more contract(s) successfully completed within the last 07(seven)] years, with accumulated contract value of one or more contract at least Tk. 15 crore 3. ISO 9001:2015 certified 4. ISO 27001:2022 certified 5. A company profile including details of registration, management, infrastructure and staff status. 6. Minimum 5 years of experience in providing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support service for Network and security device Should have OEM certified skilled resource (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA). 7. A technical proposal with methodology, work plan and details SLA 8. A MAF (manufacturer authorization form) from the OEM 9. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 16 Crore
