INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. ii) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum one number of supply contracts in a single work order for a value of at least Tk.90 Lac for lot-01, Tk.200 Lac for lot-02 of similar goods and related services within the last five years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization. Experience certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of concern department/ Organization. An experience certificate of incomplete supply/work cannot be accepted. iii) The minimum Liquid Asset/ Credit facilities is Tk.80 Lac for lot-01, Tk.200 Lac for lot-02. iv) The Tenderer shall have to submit Valid Trade License, Up to date income Tax Clearance Certificate, Latest VAT Clearance Certificate with the tender document. v) The Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer’s Authorization certificate (in case of sole distributor/Authorized Dealer) & Original Catalogue/Brochure. vi) The Tenderer shall have to fulfil the requirements of TDS and PCC.
