INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

For Package-01: a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Services of at least 1 (ONE) contract of similar nature, complexity and method/technology completed over a period of 05 (Five) years in supplying minimum 150 security manpower as outsourcing services to a public organization as Service Provider for different Offices, Installations, Industries with a value of at least of Tk. 4.35 Crore (Four Crore Thirty-Five Lakh) shall be required. b. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 3.65 Crore (Three Crore Sixty-Five Lakh) over the best three years in the last five years. c. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.00 Crore (One Crore). For Package-02: a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Services of at least 1 (ONE) contract of similar nature, complexity and method/technology completed over a period of 05 (Five) years in supplying minimum 80 security manpower as outsourcing services to a public organization as Service Provider for different Offices, Installations, Industries with a value of at least of Tk. 2.50 Crore (Two Crore Fifty Lakh) shall be required. b. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 2.10 Crore (Two Crore Ten Lakh) over the best three years in the last five years. c. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 Lakh (Sixty Lakh). For Package-03: a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Services of at least 1 (ONE) contract of similar nature, complexity and method/technology completed over a period 05 (Five) years in supplying minimum 30 security manpower as outsourcing services to a public organization as Service Provider for different Offices, Installations, Industries with a value of at least of Tk. 1.00 Crore (One Crore) shall be required. b. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 80 Lakh (Eighty Lakh) over the best three years in the last five years. c. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 23 Lakh (Twenty-Three Lakh). The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a) Latest Trade Licence certificate. b) VAT Registration Certificate. c) TIN certificate. d) Latest Tax payment certificate/Latest Tax payment acknowledgment receipt. e) License as a manpower supplier issued from the Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments under the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Other eligibility criteria mentioned in the tender document.

Ensuring safety and security of the assets, pipelines, officials and the facilities. Check the identity of all the visitors and vehicles when coming/leaving the restricted area.
