INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

(a) The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) Years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Tenderer has to submit NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. as evidence of general experience. (b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of Similar Goods (Mechanical Goods/Filters/Mechanical Spares) under maximum 02 (Two) Contracts with a cumulative contract value of minimum of Taka 1,50,00,000/-(One Crore and Fifty Lacs) in the last 05 (Five) years which shall be supported by End user Certificate/Work completion Certificate/ Final acceptance certificate etc. from the purchaser in the Letter Head Pad of the Purchaser, duly sealed and signed, mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply against specific experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. shall not be treated as evidence of specific experience. (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Taka. 1,50,00,000/- (One Crore and Fifty Lacs) on or after the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice.
