Eligibility of Tenderer : : a) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contribution under the provisions of laws and regulation of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules-2008. b) The maximum three (03) numbers of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of las five (05) years. c) The tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. d) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 40 (Forty) million value under a single contract in the last five (05) years. e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 50 (FIfty) million. N.B.: Years will count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
