INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Drilling works in the Oil and Gas industry as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 15 years. ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Drilling works in the oil and gas industry at least 2 contract(s) of similar to the proposed works successfully completed within the last 10 years for the date of tender opening, each with a value of at least USD 50,000,000.00 only. iii) The Tenderer must have experience in drilling at least 15 oil/gas wells (vertical/deviated) within last 10 years, out of which 5 years must be outside the home country in drilling at least 5 (five) wells (vertical/deviated). Tenderer must have experience in drilling at least 05 (five) wells with the depth of 4000±200 meter gas wells including having experience of controlling minimum 6000 psi formation pressure and 250 deg F formation temperature. iv) The Tenderer from all countries except the countries those who have no diplomatic relationship with Bangladesh. v) The Tenderer may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals, or company, association or any combination of them in the form of a Joint Venture (JV) will be accepted.

Brief Description of Goods or Works :

Procurement of Drilling works including construction of rig foundation, third party engineering works & supply of materials for drilling and completion of 4 Nos Appraisal cum Development wells (Shahbazpur 5, Shahbazpur 7, Bhola North 3 & Bhola North 4) and 1 No Exploratory well (Shahbazpur North East-1) under BAPEX on a Turn-key basis.

Brief Description of Related Services :

i) Out of which 4 vertical wells will be drilled at Shahbazpur 5, Shahbazpur 7, Bhola North 3 &Bhola North 4 locations depth of around 3500(±100)mTVDSS / 3600(±100)m TVDSS and another 1 exploratory well will be drilled at Shahbazpur North East-1, depth of around 3600(±100)m TVDSS. ii) Contractor will construct rig foundation and associated civil structures at all well locations to be drilled according to design and layout of their rig. Contractor will provide drilling works, all third party engineering works and supply of consumable & re-exportable materials for 5 wells under BAPEX.
