INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : Tenderer must go through TDS, PCC & section 6 of the "Document" Tab & submit relevant documents accordingly. 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 5 (five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(One) number contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 8.50(eight point five zero) Crore under any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization ( not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed ( FORM-A). 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 10.00 (ten point zero zero) Crore (in the form PG3-8). 4. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required as per STD (Form PG3-6) only from sole agent for Lift. 5. Catalogue and Technical Specifications of Proposed Brand. 6. The tender must possess:(i) TIN Certificate,(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate,(iii) Up-to-date trade license,(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB,(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. All necessary supporting documents and certificates must contain a valid email ID & Phone number otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
