INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : Technical (Details mentioned in the Tender Document): 1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years. 2. The minimum specific experience of satisfactory completion certificate as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (One) contract supported with notification of award / work order successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years (not before 2021), with a value of at least Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand) only. 3. The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand) only for each Lot. The above condition is applicable for all the lots. (If a bidder participates in more than one lot of the same package or different packages then his equalled credit line(s) shall have to be more than the minimum amount required for the participating lots combined together.) Commercial (Details mentioned in the Tender Document): 1. Up to date Trade License 2. VAT Registration Certificate. 3. Line of credit (as per form PG 3A-8) 4. Tax Identification Number. 5. Up to date Income Tax Return Certificate 6. The tenderer must have show room / retail shop for selling spare parts of motor vehicles in the case of quoting package no-1-33 and the tenderer must have show room / retail shop for selling tires in the case of quoting package no- 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40.
