| Eligibility of Tenderer : | : | (i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the manufacturing or supply of Drilling Rig, Rig equipment and installation, erection, testing, commissioning and repairing & maintenance of the same. (ii) The Tenderer shall have at least 03 AC-AC VFD type rig of 2000 HP or above capacity to clients outside of Tenderer’s Country to internationally reputed companies. The list of the clients along their names and addresses must be provided. (iii) In case of joint venture, the prime bidder of joint venture consortium must have the above (i) & (ii) of eligibility criteria. (iv) A minimum number of 3 similar contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor (single entity or JV member) between 1st January 2014 and the Bid submission deadline each with a minimum contract value of USD 25 million covering design, engineering, procurement, installation & commissioning of 2000 HP AC-AC VFD Type Land Drilling Rig & Rig Accessories outside their home country. | ||||||||||
