INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy: (a) The Tenderer shall be from ADB-member countries as listed in Section 9 of the tender document. (b) The Tenderer shall have Updated Trade License/ Certificate of Incorporation, VAT Registration and Income Tax Certificate. (c) The Tenderer shall not be insolvent, bankrupt or in receivership and shall not be debarred for entering the contract. (d) The Tenderer shall not be debarred for fraudulent, collusive, coercive and corrupt practices and for supply of defective goods. (e) All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than 50% of the Tenderer’s net worth. (f) The minimum of years of general experience of the Bidder in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (5) years. (g) The minimum specific experience as Supplier of similar Goods (ERP Software and/or Desktop Computers and/or Laptops and/or Servers) of minimum BDT 2,75,00,000.00 (Two Crore Seventy Five Lakh Taka Only) under Maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 5 (Five) years, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (h) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., bank balance, working capital, unconditional credit line(s) or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be BDT 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore only).
