INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : 1. The minimum years of general experience of the Bidder in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years 2. The Bidder must have the experience in supply and installation of Time Attendance and Access control system in government/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization/Government Bank at least 1 contract with a minimum value of Tk. 1,80,00,000 (One core eighty lac) within last 03 (three) Years. 3. Hands on software & device management training for 8 Person and installation area visit managed by the bidder. 4. The Bidder has to be ISO 9001 (2015 or Upper) certified Quality Management system in Bangladesh 5. Bidder must have valid and up to date Trade License, VAT, TIN 6. Bidder must have the permanent operation or service support center at least 17 in all over Bangladesh. Valid trade license and other documents have to submit along the tender documents. 7. Bidder must have to submit the Manufacturer Authorization latter along with the tender documents. 8. Manufacturer must have registered in Bangladesh and must have the service center in Bangladesh. 9. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the Bidder shall be Tk .10,00,00,00/= (one Core) only
