INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

The Tenderer shall have minimum of 05 (five) years of overall experience in the supplying of related products in Bangladesh. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed a minimum 01 (one) number of contracts of supplying related products within the last 05 (five) years in Govt/semi-Govt./bank bodies/finance Institution. Among them there should have one completion certificate of supplying related product Amounting taka 50 (fifty) lac in a single contract or Experience certificate in printing & supplying of at least 1 (one) lac wall calendar in a single work order. Tenderer must submit a Bank solvency certificate. In the case of a limited company, the certificate of incorporation or registration of the firm. press declaration certificate. Valid trade License for the FY 2023-2024. Income tax clearance certificate/return submission document for the FY 2022-2023 with TIN number. VAT registration certificate. Manufacturer authorization (supplier must have their own factory). Tenderer must declare they have capacity to provide the product. Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the tenderer. NID copy of Tenderer Authorization person. Government printing press (BG press) enlistment approved by the Government of Bangladesh or press declaration or membership certificate of Bangladesh printing and industries association or Bangladesh chamber of commerce certificate. Original bank solvency certificate and credit commitment. Have ability to delivery the product to the Sixty three (63) zilla office & Head office of palli sanchay bank
