INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

Eligibility and Qualifications requirements: Manufacturer or supplier having the following qualifications: (i) The Bidder (in case of JV, each partner) should have at least three (3) years of general experience in supplying electrical goods and related services. The manufacturer should have at least three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience. (ii) The Bidder shall at-least have experience of supplying similar goods having value mentioned below is not more than two contracts, within the last five (5) years: (1) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-GG-G-23; Lot-1: USD 1,970,000.00 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies). (iii) Bidder shall have at least the Average Annual Turnover mentioned below over a period of best two years within last five years. (1) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-GG-G-23; Lot-1: USD 3,100,000.00 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies). (iv) The Bidder at the time of bid submission should have at least the amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility or their combination mentioned below: (1) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-GG-G-23, Lot-1: USD 1,970,000.00 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies). Bidder as a Joint Venture In case of joint venture, all parties combined must meet the financial requirement stipulated in (iii) and (iv) above. While, each partner to the joint venture must meet at least 25% of the financial requirements as mentioned above. ? Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. ? A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically "shall" be applied.
