INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : 1. All items should be Brand New and conform to the required specification. The spec./model/part no. should be labeled properly on the body of the spare parts. 2. Country of origin, Name of the manufacturer, Port of shipment, Delivery Period must be mentioned in bid. 3. Tender evaluation will be done Lot-wise. The tenderer may quote any or all 02 lots as mentioned in technical specification. 4. If the bidder is not the manufacturer himself, he has to submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from the manufacturer or their Genuine Distributor to prove the quoted spares are genuine for each lot (for main spares/items). The letters should be as per Form G-5 of tender document and contain official email & website addresses. The manufacturer should have relevant API and/or ISO certificates. 5. Country of Manufacturer: USA/EU/Canada or equivalent. 6. Manufacturer must have 07 (Seven) years experience of manufacturing similar materials 7. Supplier/Trading House etc. have overall 06 years experience in Oil/Gas/IOC Company’s where must have last 05 years experience for suppliers similar materials in Oil/Gas/IOC Company’s internationally (other an home country). 8. The suppliers must provide at last 05 (Five) years supply track record. 9. Bonafide Supplier or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh. 10. Packing of all equipment, tools, and instruments shall be done with industrial safety regulations to avoid any hazards and missing anything during transportation and shipment.
